We can fall short on digestive enzymes due to digestive conditions or food sensitivities, and although they can be found in foods like mangoes, bananas, honey, and avocados, these enzymes are sensitive to heat and easily destroyed by cooking.

Directions
Adults - Take one (1) to two (2) capsules, three (3) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Swallow whole/do not crush or chew. Take with a meal/food.
