Instructions Apply after using Extreme Shampoo. Spray evenly on hair and lather. Leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Recommended for use 1 to 3 times per week. For intensified strength, use Extreme Anti-Snap.

Helped revive my hair

I bleached my hair pretty intensely so parts of it felt pretty fried. Using this a couple times along with a couple other hair treatments improved the texture of my hair.
