Instructions
Use as a complete regimen with Blondage High Bright System. Apply to wet hair, comb through, and leave in 5 to 10 minutes. After using, follow with Blondage High Bright Shampoo and Conditioner. Use the entire Blondage High Bright system for an instantly brighter blonde in one use.
