Instructions
• Simply apply the light directly to the skin and slowly move the device in a circular or back and forth motion to distribute light evenly.
• Treat with red light for 30 minutes 1x week and with blue light for 20 minutes 1x week, on different days.
• Do not treat your skin with blue and red light in the same day.
• Continue weekly use as needed.
