Does all it says it does

I have sensitive fair skin that gets red easily and super dry during the winter months. I have been using this for about half a month and haven''t seen any sign of the dry patchy skin on my cheeks and around my nose since using it. One-half pump goes a long way; I can often use a half pump for my whole face but it does absorb quickly so you have to work quickly. It''s almost cooling and soothing. I use it at night and sometimes in the morning (with or without makeup on top but makes foundation/concealer look nicer). I''ll keep buying this one for sure and recommend it.
