Instructions
In the morning and evening, gently apply a small amount of product to the eyelids and eye area, tapping lightly with your fingertips from the inner corner out. Avoid direct contact with eyes. To boost the decongestant effect, store the product for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before applying it.
