Instructions
Draw the desired contour along the lash line with the Eye Shadow Pencil.
For soft contours, draw several small strokes step by step and immediately blend with the soft foam rubber applicator before the long-lasting effect of the formula sets in.
Sharpen it with a make up pencil sharpener if necessary.
