1. Defective Items: All defective items may be returned for exchange or refund. No restocking fee required for defective items.2. Unwanted Items: All unwanted items maybe returned if unopened and not used.3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back.4. Restocking Fee: Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.5. Special Items: No return will be accepted on products sold at special or discounted price.6. Return Labels: We provide Return Labels for orders from Canada with defective items only.7. Periods of Validity: 0-30 days: Return for a refund or store credit 31-60 days: Return for store credit No returns will be accepted after 60 days.8. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the items are received in our warehouse.9. Refunds: 25% Restocking fee will be applied to all refunds except for approved defective item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.10. Gift Cards and Discounts: If you have redeemed a Gift Card or discounts on your order, the total Gift Card value and discounts will be deducted from the refund. 11. Locations: Currently we only accept returns for orders from USA and Canada. However, if you ordered from other locations and are not satisfied or received defective products, please contact us with the detailed information regarding your item, and our customer service will be happy to assist you.12. Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse requests and deny returns due to policy abuse and reasons that are beyond our Satisfaction Guarantee policy. We do not accept returns due to delays in shipment or delivery or reasons that are beyond our control.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Place the item and everything it came with back in its original packaging. Ensure that all components are included: product, accessories, parts/pieces, manuals, etc. Write the RMA number on a slip of paper or print the email with the RMA number and place it inside the original packaging as well.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the items are received in our warehouse.
